I am extremely angry that you have chosen Tom Finnie to serve on the board of Springfield City Utilities, considering that it was he who was city manager when approximately $1.5M in taxpayer money disappeared. As city manager, Mr. Finnie should have made sure that improvements recommended by the state auditor(s) were implemented; they weren't and this theft is a direct result of slovenly procedures. By putting forth Mr. Finnie, you are telling the voters and taxpayers of Springfield that you take this matter lightly.

I hate to say it but when did any politician(professional) ever give a rats rearend what the people want. We have a political party that knows darn well they really have gotten the people confused or so fed up they don't care.
I so look forward to the day that the masses wake up and realize they are being led to a final destination determined by those in power.
Maybe if we let apes like Finnie and the 'Bears run the zoo, they'll trash it so bad the public will DEMAND new zookeepers...
